Reporting Views

Personetics provides two types of reporting views as part of the module implementation. This enables monitoring and analysis of user interactions with the insights:

• Engage reporting views – insight history and events history. These contain the interaction and engagement metrics of the recommendation and tracking insights.
• Budget Events History – this view saves all management events performed by the user. This includes: budget setups, budgets deactivations, budget amount changes.
