Personetics Transactions Enrichment Product
Welcome aboard!
Enrich is a solution built to transform any transactional data source into a richer experience for the customer or the end user. It supplies clearer information about transactions and adds additional input and information regarding the transaction.
The product can be used to couple with Engage solution, or to enhance the bank’s transaction display and storage in any of the bank channels.See below the key elements of the product.
Categorization
Model which classifies the transaction spending or financial category into a pre-determined bucket of relevant categories.
The categorization model supports 2 overrides (re-categorization) options:
- User input - Re-categorization by the end user. This can be done via Engage or through API implementation, see ‘User Input’ section in this document.
- Bank’s override list - Re-categorization by the bank
Description Cleansing
Model-based cleansing tool used on the transaction’s original description.
The outcome if this model is used for:
- Display shorter and “cleaner” description to the end user.
- Support the Categorization and Merchant Enrichment models.
Merchant Enrichment
Personetics assets-based tool which makes enhancement data accessible for enrichment purposes:
- Extracts and cleans a coherent merchant name or counter party from the cleansed transaction description.
- Matches between the clean merchant’s name and a managed Popular Merchant list.
- Enriches transactions of popular merchants with:
- Merchant/Counter Party Logo URL (or icon reference)
- Home page URL
- Customer Service URL (when applicable)
- Facebook URL (when applicable)
- Twitter URL (when applicable)
And more.
Location Information
Information regarding the transactions geo-location, currently available for US customers (in projects including location enrichment as part of the scope).
Out of the US, location info can be based on input data upon request.
Subscription Indications
Indication on the transaction’s subscription relation, unsubscribe URL and cycle if any.
Tagging
Gives the end-user the ability to add it's own definition for a transaction or a merchant.
