Phases and Processes
Customer Enrollment Process
- Invite – The process begins with an ‘Invite’, in which relevant bank customers are introduced to goals-based savings solutions and invited to participate. The invite can be through various channels.
- Onboarding – Interested users go through a short goals setup process in which goals, money transfer, and money allocation information is defined.
- Program Eligibility – An optional component of the GBS experience. For banks that have registered to automated funding programs as a part of their GBS implementation, Personetics provides a customer profiling process. The process analyzes each targeted customer and creates a financial map to have a comprehensive understanding of their financial status as the basis for their eligibility to participate in the automated funding programs.
- Funding – An optional component of the GBS experience. Based on the project scope, bank decisions and customer eligibility, the customer might get the opportunity to enroll in an automated funding method using one of the automated transfer programs, or transfer amounts manually.
- Goals Management
- Management – Enrolled customers can at any time, control their goal participation, change their goal(s) preferences, and their funding method and settings.
- Tracking – The goal-based savings experience provides on-going tracking to each customer of their progress to keep them engaged. It also provides supplementary reporting and support tools to allow the bank to monitor the program’s overall performance and pinpoint or handle any issues that may arise.
